Appointment Policy

All equipment drop-offs must be scheduled in advance.
Rosie’s Repairs operates by appointment only to ensure organized intake and efficient turnaround.

Address provided after appointment confirmation.

Service Scope

Rosie’s Repairs provides routine maintenance and light mechanical repairs only. Structural modifications, hydrostatic rebuilds, internal engine rebuilds, and advanced electronic diagnostics are not offered.


Parts Policy

OEM or quality equivalent parts sourced through independent suppliers.
Customer-supplied parts installed at customer risk. No warranty on customer-supplied components.


Payment

Payment due at pickup.
Cash, card, or digital payment accepted.


Storage

Equipment not picked up within 30 days may incur storage fees.


Turnaround Time

Turnaround varies by workload and parts availability. Estimates provided at intake.


Equipment Storage

Due to space limitations, equipment may be stored outdoors under cover while awaiting service or pickup.

Rosie’s Repairs is not responsible for weather-related cosmetic changes or theft of unattended equipment.

Customers are encouraged to pick up completed equipment promptly.

Storage fees may apply after 7 days of completion notice.
